Pieminister's Fungi Chicken pie is a delicious free range chicken and mushroom pie, made with three types of mushrooms - portobello, chestnut and porcini. Made using 100% free range British chicken all the ingredients are slowly cooked in a white wine and cream sauce. This pie was a 2015 Great Taste Award winner and is perfectly paired with some minty mush peas.
