Shallow Fry (From Chilled)
Total cook time: 5 - 6 minutes. Pan Fry. MEDIUM HEAT. …Remove all packaging. Heat a teaspoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Pan fry fillets (skin side down initially) for 5 - 6 minutes, turning halfway during cooking. Check food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. This is a guide only.
