Preparation and Usage
Preparation instructions: (for approx.15 Kneidl balls) 1. Mix content of one bag with two slightly beaten eggs. 2. Wait 5 minutes until set. 3. Moisten clean hands with water and gently form 15 balls (2.5-3 cm diameter). 4. Add matzo balls to boiling soup or boiling water with 1/2 tsp (7 gr) salt for 1 liter water, and simmer for 7 minutes. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
