Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are provided as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.Remove all packaging. Preheat the non-stick frying pan. Place 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil in the pan and season scallops with salt and pepper. Place the scallops a space apart in the hot pan. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes allowing the scallop to caramelise, turn the scallops and cook for a further 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Serve immediately.
