Pre-heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan, over low heat. Place a corn schnitzel in the pan and fry for 7 minutes over a low heat, turning occasionally.
Oven cook
From Frozen
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F, gas mark 4.Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 9-11 minutes, turning over half-way through.
