General
All ovens vary - Cooking time may need to be adjusted accordingly. Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.
Oven cook
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F, gas mark 4.Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 7-9 minutes, turning over half-way through.
Shallow fry
Pre-heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan, over low heat. Place the vegan schnitzels in the pan and fry for 5 minutes over a low heat, turning occasionally.
