800WBefore cooking: Pierce film in several places. Place omelette on a non-metallic plate and microwave on full power for 5 minutes.After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Before cooking: Remove from packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the omelette.During cooking: Pan fry for 3 - 4 minutes turning occasionally.After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
