Exquisitely decorated with whirls and swirls of piping, the Lambeth cake is a vintage classic, first created in the 1930s and now perfectly on trend in the 2020s. Ours is made with three layers of light, golden sponge, filled with raspberry jam and zingy lemon buttercream. It's beautifully covered with lemon buttercream and hand piped.
Designed and made exclusively for Waitrose & Partners by the renowned Fiona Cairns bakery. You can also personalise the cake with a hand-piped message of up to 25 characters - just type it into the box above before adding the cake to your trolley.
