Cooking Instructions (General)
Remove all packaging and wash thoroughly. Trim the ends of the sugar snap peas.
Hob (From Chilled)
Boil, 5 mins
Place the babycorn in a pan of boiling water, cover and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. After 1 minute add the sugar snap and cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until tender.
Steam (From Chilled)
7 Mins
Place the babycorn in a steamer or steam over boiling water for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add the sugar snap and steam for a further 2-3 minutes or until tender.
Stir Fry (From Chilled)
Hob, 5 mins
Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once the oil is hot add the baby corn and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the sugar snap and cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until tender.
