Microwave on full power (800W 2 min, 900W 2 min and 1000W 1 min 30 s) ……After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Leave product to stand for 1 minute. Remove pouch from microwave and tear top fully. Be careful when handling and opening the heated pouch because of hot steam.
