Stir fry (From Chilled)
High heat: 5 mins. Preheat a dry wok for 2 minutes on a high heat. Add 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil and add beansprouts. Stir fry over a high heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until piping hot. Reduce heat if necessary. Serve immediately. Do not reheat once cooled.
