Seasoned British beef grillsteaks with thyme sprigs and a sachet of cream, mushroom and brandy sauce.

Two British grillsteaks paired with a rich and creamy Diane sauce and finished with a sprig of thyme. We've done the chopping, mixing and prepping, so all you need to do is pop it in the oven. It's the kind of dish that used to mean a Saturday night out in a white tablecloth restaurant, but we've made it easy to make on any night of the week. Just add mashed potato or skin on chips. Air fry. AIR FRY. 180ºC. 20 minutes. Preheat air fryer. Remove label, film and sachet and place the foil tray in the air fryer. Remove any cooking liquor and pour the sachet of sauce over the grillsteaks 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Allow to stand for one minute before serving. If the foil tray does not fit air fryer drawer, refer to manufacturers handbook. Do not reheat once cooled.

Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Do not reheat once cooled. for air fry cooking instructions see reverse of label. Keep refrigerated below 5°C, for storage instructions see reverse of label. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200º, Fan: 180º, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
