Cooking paste with chipotle, ancho and guajilo chillies.
Adds a smoky, savoury kick, with roasted cumin and ancho, guajillo and chipotle chillies. Great for the taqueria favourite, Birria Tacos, with slow cooked shredded beef. Recipe suggestion Marinate 500g of diced beef with a jar of Birria paste for 1 hour minimum. Fry the marinated beef until browned in big pan. Add beef stock to cover the meat and simmer on a medium heat for a minimum of 3 hours. Use the beef as filling for Tacos, Burritos and gravy for dipping.
