To Grill: Preheat grill to medium/high heat. Remove all packaging including casing from around black pudding, use a knife to gently separate the slices if necessary. Place black pudding slices on a wire rack over a grill pan. Cook for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot. Remove casing before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 12-14 minutes)
Preheat 2 x 5ml spoon of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging including casing from around black pudding, use a knife to gently separate the slices if necessary. Place black pudding slices in the pan and cook for 7 minutes, turning halfway during cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot. Remove casing before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 7 minutes)
