May be served hot or cold. OVEN HEAT …Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. …Wrap mackerel in foil, being careful not to overlap fillets. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 8 - 10 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
