Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Keep covered. Store at bottom of refrigerator. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
This product has been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Gas 4, 180°C, Fan 160°C, 60 mins per 500g
Remove all packaging. Cover with foil and place in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Uncover 30 minutes before end of cooking. Rest for 10 minutes and remove bands before carving. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat once cooled.
