Storage and Usage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month.
Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses.
Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 1 hour 50 mins
Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and place sachets to one side.
Place joint on to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and then loosely cover the joint with tin foil. Place into the centre of preheated oven. 15 minutes before the end of the cooking remove from oven, remove the strings from the joint, Remove cooking liquor and pour the glaze sachet over the gammon, then sprinkle the crumb sachet onto the glaze. Return to the oven uncovered for 15 minutes, Leave gammon to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat once cooled.
