Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, consume within one day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted

Oven cook (From Chilled)
Preheat oven. …Remove all packaging. Place chicken on a baking tray and heat in the centre of oven until piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 25-30 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)

Shallow Fry (From Chilled)
Preheat air fryer (according to model instructions) to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place products in air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Program air fryer to cook for 10 minutes chilled. Turn halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand for one minute. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
