Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Do not remove from packaging. Pierce film in several places and place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power. Allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Check that food is piping hot. (800W: 2 mins 30 secs, 900W: 2 mins, 1000W: 1 min 30 secs)
Hob (From Chilled)
4 mins. Remove from packaging. Place in a pan of boiling water. Cover and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 mins.
Steam (From Chilled)
5 mins. Remove from packaging. Place in a steamer and steam until tender, drain and serve.
