Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging including the absorbent pad. Place joint on a foil lined baking tray and into the centre of the oven. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 30 mins per 500g + 30 mins, Oven: 240°C, Fan: 220°C, Gas: Gas Mark 9)
