Pan fry from frozen. MEDIUM HEAT. Time: 10 minutes. Preheat 1tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and place seafood in the pan. Cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
