A sandwich made with shredded ham hock, Red Leicester cheese, pickle, mayonnaise and spinach in sliced malted bread.Shredded ham hock from higher welfare pigs is layered with slices of mellow Red Leicester. We then add crunchy pickle, a generous dollop of mayonnaise and finish things off with fresh spinach for a truly special sarnie. All our pork is now free range and outdoor bred. This means our pigs are born outside and live all their lives in the fresh air, with straw-filled arcs and tents for shelter. We're proud to be first for animal welfare, only ever sourcing our pork from farmers who share our values - that includes everything from sausages to sandwiches, pizza toppings to pies.
