Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses.

Oven cook

From Chilled

To bake as sausagemeat block:…Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of the oven. Cook for 40 minutes. To bake as stuffing balls:…Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Cut stuffing into 12 equal pieces. Roll into balls with slightly damp hands. Place on a baking tray in centre of the oven. Cook for 25 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time 25-40 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
