Stock brined skin on bone in British chicken breast crown, with a rotisserie style glaze and a salt and pepper sprinkle.

A succulent British chicken crown, stock-brined for tenderness and brushed with a sticky, French rotisserie-style glaze and topped with a salt and pepper sprinkle. We've done the chopping, mixing and prepping, so all you need to do is pop it in the oven. Try it with our hasselback potatoes and roasted root vegetables for a Sunday feel without the Sunday effort. From chickens reared more slowly, with more space, by farmers who share our values.
