Slow cooked beef in a tomato, red wine, oregano and thyme sauce with mushrooms.

Raise your Spag Bol game with this rich, hearty ragù, made with red wine, good beef stock and herbs, and slowly simmered for 12 hours, for meltingly tender beef and layers of flavour. Just finish on the hob - it's ready in 10 minutes and serves 2. It's right at home with spaghetti, but even better with the thicker ribbons of pappardelle trapping the beefy sauce and of course, a generous sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano. HIGHER WELFARE. We work exclusively with British farmers who share our animal welfare values.
