Cooking Info

Preheat oven. Empty meat and liquor into foil tray provided. Separate the meat to form an even layer. Place on the middle shelf of oven. Cook for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, shred meat with two forks and stir. Return to oven and cook for further 10 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 35 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
