Preheat oven. Empty meat and liquor into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil, drain off liquor and serve with the tartare mustard on the side Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
