Storage and Usage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Oven cook (From Chilled)

OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer the meat and juices into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place onto the middle shelf of the oven and heat for 75 minutes. Remove from the oven, discard foil, then drain cooking juices and retain for later use. Return to the oven uncovered for a further 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and rest for 5 mins before serving. Sauce naturally separates, shake well before use. Pour gravy sachet contents into a saucepan along with the retained cook juices, to give the desired consistency and heat over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until piping hot. To serve, slice the turkey and pour gravy over the meat. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 90 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
