Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
This product has previously been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Poach from Chilled. SIMMER. Time: 17-19 minutes. Remove all packaging. Place the fillets into a large pan, cover with 1 litre of cold water, add the lid and bring to a simmer over a medium heat for 11 minutes, reduce to a low heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Serve immediately.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Wrap the fish together in a lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. (Time 25 Minutes, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
