Remove all packaging. Place in a pan of boiling water. Cover and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender. Gentle Heat. Time: 6-8 mins

Remove all packaging. Place in a steamer and steam until tender. Time: 8-10 mins
Microwave (From Chilled)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Do not remove from packaging. Pierce film and place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power until tender. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Check that food is piping hot. (800W: 5 mins, 900W: 4 mins 30 secs, 1000W: 4 mins)
