When removing film after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Packaging will regain strength on standing.

Oven cook

From Chilled

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Remove film lid. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 18 mins, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark Gas 4)

Microwave

From Chilled

For best results microwave from chilled. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve. Pierce film in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (800W: 40 secs, 900W: 35 secs, 1000W: 30 secs)
