Whizz up a handful of Waitrose No.1 Speciality Blueberries in the blender and start the day with a first-class smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, roughly chopped
  • 150g No.1 Speciality Blueberries
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 250g dairy-free natural yogurt alternative
  • 200g ice cubes
  • ½ tsp spelt flakes

Method

  1. Put the banana, blueberries (reserving a few to garnish), medjool dates, mint leaves, dairy-free natural yogurt alternative and ice cubes in a small high-speed blender. Whizz until completely smooth (you may need to stop it and scrape down the sides halfway through). Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses and top with the reserved berries and spelt flakes. Serve immediately.
