300ml Elijah Craig 1789 Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
6 tsp warm honey
Ice cubes
1½ L grapefruit soda
Pink grapefruit slices (optional), to garnish

Combine the whiskey and warm honey till it dissolves. Half-fill a large jug (4-6L) with ice. Pour in the honeyed whiskey and top up with grapefruit soda. Stir. Garnish with pink grapefruit slices. Serve with ice.
