Ingredients

  • ½ x 25g pack coriander, finely chopped
  • 25g pack mint, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 125g Flora Plant B+tter Unsalted, softened
  • 1 unwaxed lime, zest
  • ¼ tsp fine salt

Method

  1. Finely chop the coriander, mint and 1 red chilli. Put in a bowl with the Flora Plant B+tter, the zest of an unwaxed lime and fine salt. Use a fork to mash together well. Wrap and chill to firm, then slice and melt over dishes such as blanches asparagus.
