25ml No.1 French Grain Vodka
50ml dry white vermouth
50ml sparkling water
100ml tonic water
10ml brine from a jar of olives, few olives to garnish

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then add No.1 French Grain Vodka, dry white vermouth, sparkling water, tonic water and brine from a jar of olives.
Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a few of the olives on a cocktail stick.
