Ingredients
50ml The Botanist Gin
10ml dry vermouth
5ml elderflower liqueur
1 sprig of mint
Method
For each martini, stir the gin, dry vermouth and elderflower liqueur in a mixing jug with plenty of ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
