Ingredients

  • 35ml vodka
  • 15ml blue Curacao
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 75ml pineapple juice
  • Ice

Method

  1. Shake the vodka, blue Curaçao, lime juice and pineapple juice with ice.

  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.

  3. Garnish with a lime wheel.
