This twist on a Tequila sunrise has all the vibrancy of the original, but with the fizz of a mimosa, a serve made with orange juice and sparkling wine.

Ingredients

  • 50ml orange juice
  • Chilled dry sparkling wine or Champagne
  • 5ml grenadine
  • 1 strawberry, to garnish
  • 1 orange twist, to garnish

Method

  1. Add orange juice to an ice-filled wine glass. Top up with chilled dry sparkling wine or Champagne then add the grenadine. Garnish with a strawberry and an orange twist.
