Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of No.1 Coconut & Lime Ice Cream
  • 200ml pineapple juice
  • 1 handful/s Urban Fruit Coconut Chips
  • Cocktail cherries, to serve

Method

  1. Put the scoop of ice cream in a glass, then pour over the pineapple juice. Scatter over a few Urban Fruit Coconut Chips and finish with a skewer of cocktail cherries. (Add a shot of rum if this doesn’t need to be non-alcoholic.)
