Ingredients

  • 40ml tequila
  • 20ml Pimm's
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • Cucumber ribbon
  • 100ml Fever-Tree Light Ginger Beer
  • strawberry

Method

  1. Pour the Tequila, Pimm's and lemon juice into an ice-filled wine glass and stir. Drop in a cucumber ribbon and top up with the ginger beer. Garnish with strawberry slices.
