  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml coconut rum
  • 125ml Prosecco
  • dried pineapple slice, to garnish


  1. Shake the pineapple juice and coconut rum in an ice-filled shaker. Pour into a flute and top up with Prosecco. Garnish with a dried pineapple slice.
