- 15ml coconut rum
- 125ml Prosecco
- dried pineapple slice, to garnish
Method
Shake the pineapple juice and coconut rum in an ice-filled shaker. Pour into a flute and top up with Prosecco. Garnish with a dried pineapple slice.
