250ml Malfy Rosa Pink Grapefruit Flavoured Gin
65ml limoncello
500ml cloudy lemonade
125ml soda
¼ pink grapefruit, sliced
150g raspberries
Ice cubes
Rosemary sprigs (optional), to garnish

Half-fill a 2L jug with ice. Add gin, limoncello, cloudy lemonade and soda. Stir. Add the sliced pink grapefruit with raspberries. Serve over ice, garnished with rosemary sprigs.
