Ingredients

  • 25ml dry gin
  • 50ml pomegranate juice
  • 150ml Martini Asti sparkling wine

Method

  1. Pour the dry gin and pomegranate juice into a large wine glass. Add a handful of ice cubes and stir. Slowly add the sparkling wine and stir briefly to just combine.
