Chilli prawn & veg pilau with peanut and sesame

Ingredients
- 210g pack bright & colourful stir fry
- 150g pack king prawns in coriander & chilli
- 220g jar Gymkhana Peanut & Sesame Chutney
- 300g pack pilau rice
Method
Cut the stir fry veg into smaller pieces (reserve the coriander), then stir fry according to pack instructions. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Sizzle the prawns for 2 minutes, stirring often, then add 3 tbsp peanut and sesame chutney, and the rice. Stir fry until the rice is piping hot, adding 2 tbsp water to loosen a little.
Fold in the veg, check the seasoning, divide between plates, then tear the coriander over the top to serve. Add dried chilli flakes if you like extra spice, and a dollop of the chutney on the side.
