  • 1 small handful Tyrrell’s Sweet Chilli & Red Pepper Crisps
  • 50ml vodka
  • 80ml Big Tom Spiced Tomato Mix
  • 30ml Waitrose Apple Juice with Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Cooks’ Ingredients Sriracha Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • 1 pinch of celery salt
  • 1 stick Essential Celery
  • 2 x Made for Drink Chorizo Thins, 1 olive, 1 cube Manchego cheese and a lime wedge to garnish


  1. Dampen the rim of a highball with lime juice and dip into a few crushed crisps. Fill the glass with ice and add the vodka, tomato mix, apple juice, sriracha and Worcestershire sauces, lime juice and celery salt. Add the celery stick and stir. Garnish with a skewer of chorizo thins, olive, cheese and the lime wedge.
