Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Cooks’ Ingredients Ketjap Manis
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose soy sauce
  • tbsp Cooks’ Ingredients Shaoxing Rice Wine
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 150g THIS is Super Superfood Superblock, cut into 1cm cubes
  • 2 clove/s garlic, finely sliced
  • 20g ginger, finely grated
  • 210g pack Sweet & Tender Vegetable Stir Fry
  • 300g cooked white rice, to serve

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix the ketjap manis, soy sauce and Shaoxing rice wine; set aside.

  2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over a high heat. When hot, add the Super Superfood cubes and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until golden in places. Add the garlic and ginger, plus the red onion from the stir fry pack and fry for 1 minute.

  3. Add the remaining vegetables from the pack and stir fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes until all the vegetables are tender and the cubes are hot throughout. Serve immediately with the rice.

Cook’s tip

Ketjap manis is a sweet Indonesian soy sauce. Use it to marinate pork or chicken, or to season stir-fried noodles.
