Grapefruit juice in place of sweeter pineapple gives this take on the Singapore Sling a zingier finish.

240ml Plymouth Gin
30ml cherry brandy
30ml grenadine
1 small red grapefuit, juice (about 90ml)
1 lemon, juice (about 30ml)
400ml fresh orange juice
½ red grapefruit, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
300ml sparkling water

Put the gin, cherry brandy and grenadine in a jug with ice and stir.
Add the fruit juices and fruit slices. Top up with sparkling water, stir and serve.
