Ingredients

15ml grenadine
50ml pineapple juice
25ml orange juice
25ml tequila
5ml blue Curacao
40ml sparkling water
pineapple leaves
1 orange wedge
1 cocktail cherry

Method

Pour grenadine into a wine glass and fill with crushed ice.
Separately, mix together pineapple juice, orange juice and Tequila, then pour into the wine glass.
Mix blue Curaçao with sparkling water in another glass. Gently pour the back of a spoon into the drink. This creates the ombre effect.
Garnish with pineapple leaves, an orange wedge and a cocktail cherry.
