Ingredients

  • 50ml Chivas Regal 12-Year-Old Scotch Whisky
  • 5ml maple syrup
  • 5ml peated whisky, such as Laphroaig
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 Zest of orange
  • 1 Cherry, orange peel and black pepper, to garnish

Method

  1. Stir all the ingredients with ice for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass over ice (pictured second left) and garnish.
