For the best flavour and texture, take the cheeses out of the fridge 30 minutes before eating, and arrange on a board or plate. Snip the grapes into smaller bunches and position them here and there. Fill the gaps in the board with stacked or fanned-out biscuits for cheese, figs cut into wedges and rosemary sprigs.
