Ingredients

  • 1 pack White Stilton with cranberry & orange (from the cheese counter)
  • 1 pack Waitrose Duchy Organic Witheridge (from the cheese counter)
  • 1 pack No.1 Moody's Rosary Ash Goat's Cheese
  • 1 pack Cropwell Bishop Organic Blue Stilton
  • 1 pack No.1 Leckford Cheese
  • 1 pack No.1 Biscuits For Cheese
  • 1 pack black seedless grapes
  • 1 pack fresh figs

Method

  1. For the best flavour and texture, take the cheeses out of the fridge 30 minutes before eating, and arrange on a board or plate. Snip the grapes into smaller bunches and position them here and there. Fill the gaps in the board with stacked or fanned-out biscuits for cheese, figs cut into wedges and rosemary sprigs.
